Support
Need help with Rusūkh, or have a suggestion? We would like to hear from you.
Is the Qur'an reader free?
Yes. The full Qur'an reader is open to everyone who installs Rusūkh: the whole text in a Mushaf page view, reading ayah by ayah with translations, and recitation audio.
What does the memorization system do?
It keeps a living estimate of how firmly you hold each portion you have memorized, schedules review based on each portion's own estimated decay, and surfaces passages that are weakening so you can revisit them early.
Is my progress backed up?
Yes. After you sign in with Apple, Rusūkh securely syncs your memorization workspace, reading plan and progress, journal notes, streak, selected preferences, and review history through your Rusūkh account. Saved or imported audio, profile photos, and saved ayah categories remain only on the device.
How do I test a subscription in TestFlight?
TestFlight purchases use Apple's sandbox and do not charge real money. Each tester can choose the monthly or yearly Basic plan with their own Apple test environment and can use Restore Purchases on devices signed into the same purchasing Apple Account.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open Apple's subscription settings. Deleting a Rusūkh account does not cancel billing managed by Apple.
How do I delete my account?
In Rusūkh, open Settings → Privacy & account → Delete account. This permanently removes the Rusūkh cloud account and its associated progress. If you cannot open the app, email support from the address linked to your account.
Which reciters are available?
Rusūkh includes a growing catalog from Quran.com / Quran.Foundation and Islamic Network, including Mishary Alafasy, Abdul Basit, As-Sudais, Al-Husary, and others. Availability can vary by audio provider.
How do I report a problem or request a feature?
Email support@rusukh.app with as much detail as you can, including your device and iOS version if it is about a bug.
