Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Rusūkh app and related cloud services. By creating an account or using Rusūkh, you agree to them.

1. App Store license

Rusūkh is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app and is incorporated into these terms. If these terms conflict with Apple's required App Store terms, the Apple terms control for that conflict.

2. Your account

You sign in using Apple and are responsible for protecting access to your Apple Account and device. You must provide accurate information and use Rusūkh only in compliance with applicable law. Tell us promptly at support@rusukh.app if you believe your account is being used without authorization.

3. Rusūkh subscriptions

Rusūkh may offer Basic monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The exact price, currency, billing period, and any introductory offer are displayed by Apple before you confirm a purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Deleting your Rusūkh account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refund requests and billing are handled under Apple's applicable rules.

4. Learning guidance

Rusūkh provides memorization planning, review estimates, reading tools, and educational organization. Its strength scores, schedules, streaks, and suggestions are estimates, not guarantees that material has been memorized or retained. Rusūkh is not a substitute for a qualified teacher, scholar, medical professional, or other professional adviser.

5. Qur'an content and external services

We aim to handle Qur'anic content carefully and identify applicable sources and licenses in the app. You should report any suspected text, translation, timing, or audio issue immediately. Audio streams and other external resources may be supplied by third parties and can change or become unavailable. Your use of those services must comply with their applicable terms.

6. Your recordings and imported audio

You retain ownership of recordings and audio you create or import. You confirm that you have the right to use imported files. Do not use Rusūkh to store or process content that infringes another person's rights or violates law. Rusūkh keeps these files on your device and does not include them in cloud sync.

7. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or disrupt Rusūkh's services, misuse another person's account, reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it, or use the app or service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. Cloud sync, subscription verification, audio streaming, and Sign in with Apple depend on networks and third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Keep appropriate device backups and verify important progress.

9. Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You can delete your Rusūkh account inside the app under Settings → Privacy & account. Account deletion is permanent, but does not cancel an App Store subscription.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Rusūkh or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, or address a serious or repeated violation of these terms. Rights that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions, will survive.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rusūkh is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost data, access, or opportunity, except where such exclusion is prohibited. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Rusūkh changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use Rusūkh after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
